What they need
Persyaratan
Diploma (D3) atau minimal Sertifikat dalam bidang Teknik Sipil, Teknik Elektro, atau bidang Engineering terkait.
Minimal 2 tahun pengalaman kerja sebagai Teknisi Engineering dalam industri konstruksi atau properti.
Pemahaman yang kuat tentang standar konstruksi, material building, dan proses-proses teknis sipil/struktural, MEP dan sistem Fire Fighting.
Pengetahuan tentang peraturan dan standar keselamatan kerja (K3) serta pengalaman dalam implementasinya.
Kemampuan komunikasi yang baik, baik lisan maupun tertulis, untuk koordinasi dengan berbagai stakeholder.
Bersedia bekerja di lapangan dengan jam kerja yang fleksibel sesuai kebutuhan proyek.
Memiliki sertifikasi K3 atau kesediaan untuk menjalani pelatihan K3 merupakan nilai tambah.
