- Membuat dan menyiapkan data untuk report call center
- Melakukan kegiatan administratif & non admisnistratif untuk kelancaran project & operasional Call Center
- Membuat report kegiatan development yang sudah berjalan di Call Center
- Menjalankan proses administrasi yang menunjang operasional Call Center yang sejalan dengan tujuan perusahaan. Dan melakukan analisa terkait report call center sesuai dengan kebutuhan opersional Call center
Kualifikasi :
- Pendidikan S1
- Min 1 Tahun pengalaman Administrasi, Operasional dan Agent
- Memiliki kemampuan analisa dan strategi yang baik
- Memiliki kemampuan Excel
- Memiliki kreatifitas & inisiatif
- Memiliki komunikasi yang baik
- Mampu beradaptasi dan belajar dengan cepat
- Mampu bekerja secara individu maupun team
