Jobdesk Pekerjaan :
- Melakukan follow up order kepada pelanggan melalui whatsapp,telepon, maupun online shop.
- Melayani order dan complai pelanggan melalui whatsapp,telepon, maupun online shop.
- Membangun hubungan baik dengan pelanggan yang berpotensial.
- Mencatat semua informasi pelanggan potensial tentang produk yang pernah dibeli.
- Memasukkan/Input sales order/print surat jalan dan invoice
Persyaratan/Kualifikasi :
- Pendidikan Minimal S1 Management, Bisnis, Pemasaran, atau Ilmu Komunikasi
- Usia 26 Sampai 30 Tahun
- Pengalaman di bidangnya min 2 tahun.
- Menguasai software dari microsoft : Word, Excel, dan power point
- Menguasai program Accurate 5.
- Teliti, disiplin, jujur dan bertanggung jawab.
- Mampu berkomunikasi dengan baik.
- Mampu bekerja dibawah tekanan.
