- Mengelola dan melakukan follow-up agent sesuai target.
- Melakukan telesales/online sales untuk meningkatkan produktivitas agent.
- Mendorong peningkatan level dan volume transaksi agent.
- Mengelola komunikasi melalui WhatsApp serta memastikan agent mengikuti training.
- Memastikan pencapaian target KPI.
Kualifikasi
- Minimal D3/S1.
- Minimal 4 tahun pengalaman Telesales/Telemarketing, khususnya provider telekomunikasi atau insurance.
- Terbiasa melakukan telesales dengan volume tinggi.
- Mampu mengelola agent/customer melalui online channel.
- Mampu membuat basic online content.
- Menguasai Microsoft Word & Excel.
- Diutamakan perempuan.
