Menyusun ide dan content planning sesuai target campaign.
Membuat script atau konsep konten yang menarik.
Melakukan proses shooting konten menggunakan smartphone.
Mengarahkan talent saat proses produksi konten.
Melakukan editing video menggunakan CapCut, VN, Adobe Premiere, atau software sejenis.
Membuat thumbnail, caption, hashtag, dan copywriting sederhana.
Mengunggah konten sesuai content calendar.
Memberikan rekomendasi strategi berdasarkan hasil analisis konten.
Qualifications
* Min. 2 tahun pengalaman di Social Media / Content Planner.
* Berpengalaman mengelola TikTok & Shopee Video.
* Memahami content strategy, trend, storytelling & social commerce.
* Mampu membuat content plan, konsep, creative brief & directing saat produksi.
* Mampu mengarahkan talent dan tim produksi.
* Memahami dasar copywriting & short-form video.
* Mampu membaca insight dan mengembangkan performa konten.
* Proaktif, komunikatif, kreatif & memiliki ownership tinggi.
* Portfolio TikTok/Shopee Video wajib dilampirkan.
