- Conduct training for New Hire operators
(Menjalankan latihan kepada pekerja baru 'Operator') - Plan, develop and deliver technical training sessions to Direct Labor employees
(Merancang dan memberikan latihan teknikal secara langsung kepada pekerja) - Develop criteria to evaluate effectiveness of training activities
(Menetapkan kriteria dan keberkesanan latihan yang diberikan) - Develop training materials
(Menyediakan bahan untuk latihan) - Record and compile all training activity for each New Hire operators
(Merekod dan mendokumentasikan segala aktiviti latihan yang dijalankan untuk setiap pekerja baru) - Identify potential quality issues, compliance gaps, and possible process efficiency improvements to production management
(Kenal pasti isu kualiti, jurang pematuhan, dan kemungkinan peningkatan kecekapan proses kepada pengurusan pengeluaran) - Provide feedback and corrective actions from daily defect reviews
