Summary:
HVAC Technical Trainer bertanggung jawab mengembangkan dan menyampaikan pelatihan teknis terkait AC dan refrigeration, baik teori maupun praktik. Posisi ini juga menangani evaluasi, reporting, dokumentasi, serta koordinasi dengan tim internal dan pihak eksternal.
Kualifikasi utama:
- Minimal D3 Teknik Pendingin, Tata Udara, atau bidang HVAC terkait
- Memahami sistem AC, refrigeration, dan cooling principles
- Mampu melakukan presentasi dan technical training
- Bahasa Inggris baik lisan maupun tulisan
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan teamwork yang baik
- Pengalaman di industri HVAC/AC menjadi nilai tambah.
