- Mengawasi operasional dan pemeliharaan boiler, compressed air, dan genset.
- Memastikan sistem utility beroperasi aman, efisien, dan sesuai CPOB, K3, serta regulasi.
- Menyusun, mengontrol pelaksanaan preventive maintenance, menangani troubleshooting untuk meminimalkan downtime.
- Memimpin dan mengevaluasi kinerja tim Utility Engineering.
Kualifikasi
- Pendidikan minimal S1 Teknik Mesin, Teknik Elektro, atau bidang terkait.
- Memiliki pengalaman minimal 3 tahun di bidang utility, pengalaman di industri farmasi, kosmetik, atau industri terstandar menjadi nilai tambah.
- Memahami preventive maintenance, K3, dokumentasi engineering, operasional dan troubleshooting boiler, air compressor, dan genset.
- Memiliki kemampuan leadership, problem solving, komunikasi, dan koordinasi yang baik.
