What they need
Pendidikan & Pengalaman:
- Minimal D3/S1 Penyiaran (Broadcasting), Desain Komunikasi Visual (DKV), Film/Sinematografi, atau pengalaman kerja setara.
- Pengalaman kerja minimal 3 tahun sebagai Videografer / Video Editor profesional (wajib menyertakan showreel / portofolio karya).
Keahlian Teknis & Pengetahuan:
- Menguasai operasional kamera profesional (DSLR, Mirrorless, Cinema Camera), pengaturan pencahayaan (lighting setup studio/outdoor), dan sistem perekaman audio.
- Mahir menggunakan perangkat lunak penyuntingan video standar industri (Capcut Pro, Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Adobe After Effects, atau Final Cut Pro).
- Memahami teknik color grading, sound mixing, dan dasar-dasar motion graphics.
- Memahami standar teknis rasio video dan kompresi untuk berbagai media digital (9:16, 16:9, 1:1).
- Keterampilan Soft Skills:
- Pengarahan visual (visual direction) dan pemikiran konseptual yang kuat.
- Pemecahan masalah teknis di lapangan saat produksi (troubleshooting).
- Berperhatian tinggi terhadap detail (detail-oriented) dan mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan tenggat waktu.
