What they need
Key Responsibilities:
- Memimpin creative vision dan mengembangkan konsep visual untuk campaign, produk, dan brand.
- Mengarahkan serta membimbing tim kreatif dalam menghasilkan karya berkualitas.
- Berkolaborasi dengan tim Planner & Product untuk menyelaraskan creative dengan business goals dan target audience.
- Mengawasi proses kreatif dari brainstorming hingga final production.
- Menjaga konsistensi visual dan komunikasi brand di seluruh channel.
- Melakukan review dan approval terhadap seluruh hasil kerja tim kreatif.
Qualifications:
- Expert dalam Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro).
- Familiar dengan Figma/Sketch dan basic UI/UX & web design.
- Memahami typography, color theory, grid system, serta kebutuhan produksi digital & print.
- Memiliki kemampuan leadership, creative thinking, dan project management yang kuat.
