What they need
- Melakukan pemantauan terhadap dining area, untuk memastikan customer experience dan service excellence
- Menyambut dan melayani pelanggan dengan ramah.
- Memberikan rekomendasi menu kepada pelanggan.
- Menyajikan makanan dan minuman sesuai standar restoran, dan memastikan semua pesanan sudah keluar
- Menawarkan re-heating produk kepada pelanggan apabila diperlukan
- Melakukan pembersihan meja setelah pelanggan selesai makan (clear-up) serta menjaga kebersihan meja, kursi, dan seluruh area restoran
- Bekerja sama dengan tim Cook dan Cashier untuk memastikan pesanan tepat waktu.
- Menangani keluhan pelanggan dengan baik dan melaporkan ke atasan jika diperlukan (customer handling)
