Kualifikasi :
Minimal 2 tahun pengalaman sebagai Web Designer atau Digital Designer dengan fokus pada advertising dan kampanye digital
Pendidikan formal di bidang Desain Grafis, Desain Web, Komunikasi Visual, atau bidang terkait
Mahir menggunakan software desain profesional seperti Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, Figma), serta platform website seperti WordPress, Webflow, atau sejenisnya
Pemahaman kuat tentang prinsip-prinsip UX/UI design dan best practices dalam web design
Memahami dasar digital advertising, seperti Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, dan social media advertising
Mampu membuat landing page dan layout website yang menarik serta fungsional
Memahami responsive web design untuk desktop, tablet, dan mobile
Memahami penggunaan warna, typography, spacing, grid, dan visual hierarchy
Mampu membuat wireframe, mockup, dan prototype
Memahami basic HTML & CSS
Mampu membuat dan mengoptimalkan visual/creative untuk kebutuhan advertising dan digital campaign
