What they need
Kualifikasi:
- Pendidikan minimal D3 / S1 Otomotif
- Pengalaman minimal 2 tahun sebagai Kepala Bengkel atau Service Advisor
- Mampu mengoperasikan komputer (MS Office)
- Memiliki SIM A yang masih berlaku
- Memahami sistem manajemen bengkel, pelayanan pelanggan, dan teknis otomotif
- Memiliki kemampuan kepemimpinan, komunikasi, dan problem solving yang baik
- Bersedia ditempatkan di seluruh Cabang CARfix wilayah Jawa Tengah & DIY
Tugas & Tanggung Jawab:
- Memastikan operasional bengkel berjalan lancar dan efisien
- Mengelola tim mekanik dan staf bengkel
- Menjaga kualitas pelayanan dan kepuasan pelanggan
- Mengelola jadwal service dan memastikan target tercapai
