Accounting Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Perform financial accounting and tax (FAT) activities, including financial transaction recording, reconciliation, and tax-related administration.
• Manage and maintain legal and financial documents to ensure proper documentation, accuracy, and compliance.
• Coordinate procurement activities, including purchase requests, documentation, and monitoring of procurement transactions.
• Conduct regular stock opname and reconcile physical inventory with recorded data.
• Perform financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare and present financial performance reports to support management review and decision-making.
• Ensure financial records and reports are accurate, complete, and submitted in a timely manner

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant working experience in accounting or finance.
• Strong knowledge of basic accounting and taxation principles.
• Proficient in excel, experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 will be beneficial.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
• Able to work both independently and in a team.
• High integrity and capable of maintaining confidentiality of financial data.
• Willing to be placed in Karawaci - full WFO
