About the role

Responsible for all warehouse operational activities, from receiving, storage, issuance, to goods delivery. Manages and oversees the flow of raw materials, production materials, and Finished Goods (FG). Ensures goods are arranged neatly, safely, in correct locations, and easily traceable.

Key responsibilities

• Control the quantity and accuracy of physical stock against administrative data/system
• Monitor stock levels and ensure material availability for production needs
• Oversee loading and unloading processes
• Conduct periodic stock opname and address any stock discrepancies
• Manage, develop, and supervise warehouse team performance
• Ensure FIFO/FEFO implementation according to material type and company requirements
• Maintain cleanliness, security, and order in the warehouse area
• Create reports on warehouse activities, stock, receipts, and goods issuance
• Coordinate with PPIC, Production, Purchasing, QC, and Delivery departments regarding material needs and movement
• Ensure all warehouse activities comply with SOPs and occupational safety standards

About you

• Minimum D3/S1 education, preferably in Logistics Management, Industrial Engineering, Management, or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years experience as Warehouse Head/Warehouse Supervisor, preferably from Printing, Packaging, Rotogravure, Manufacturing, or similar industries
• Understanding of raw material management systems, production materials, WIP, and Finished Goods
• Understanding of FIFO/FEFO systems, stock opname, inventory control, and warehouse administration
• Able to operate Microsoft Excel and warehouse management systems/applications
• Leadership, team organization, and evaluation capabilities
• Detail-oriented, firm, disciplined, responsible, with good communication skills
• Able to work with targets and in dynamic work conditions
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Willing to work shift systems if required
