Job Summary

The Sales Associate is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, promoting and selling party supplies and celebration products, achieving sales targets, and maintaining an organized and attractive selling area. The role supports daily store operations to ensure customers have an enjoyable shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Recommend party supplies and celebration products based on customer needs.
• Demonstrate product features, benefits, and proper usage.
• Promote ongoing store promotions and seasonal items.
• Achieve assigned daily and monthly sales targets.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.
• Maintain excellent product knowledge.

2. Store Operations

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the selling area.
• Ensure products are properly displayed, priced, and replenished.
• Assist in receiving, checking, and arranging merchandise deliveries.
• Monitor stock availability and report low or damaged items.
• Follow company merchandising standards and store policies.

3. Administrative Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit daily sales reports when required.
• Assist in inventory counts and stock reconciliation.
• Coordinate with the Store Supervisor regarding operational concerns.
• Participate in promotional events and in-store activities.
• Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Qualifications

• At least High School Graduate, Senior High School Graduate, or College Level.
• With retail sales or customer service experience (preferred but not required).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented with a positive and sales-driven attitude.
• Willing to work in a retail or department store environment.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
• Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
• Willing to be assigned at SM Megamall
• Can start ASAP.

Pay: Php19,692.00 - Php22,692.00 per month
