Warehouse Keeper - Sulawesi

About the role

This position plays an important role in ensuring effective management of spare parts and inventory to support customer operations and the company's after-sales service.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the process of receiving, storing, and issuing spare parts and materials according to company procedures
• Ensure accuracy of inventory data between system and physical stock
• Monitor inventory levels and control stock levels to support operational needs
• Conduct stock opname and cycle count periodically
• Input and update warehouse transactions in the company system
• Prepare inventory, receiving, and issuing reports in a timely manner
• Maintain cleanliness, security, and effectiveness of the warehouse area
• Coordinate with Service, Parts, Logistics teams, and customers regarding spare parts needs
• Ensure all warehouse activities comply with SOP and K3 standards

About you

• Minimum education: SMA/SMK with minimum 5 years experience in warehouse/logistics, or D3 with minimum 3 years experience in warehouse/logistics, or S1 with minimum 1 year experience in warehouse/logistics
• Understanding of warehouse operations and inventory control
• Experience using Warehouse Management System (WMS), ERP, or other inventory systems is an advantage
• Able to operate Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Good communication, coordination, and administrative skills
• Meticulous, disciplined, responsible, and good problem-solving ability
• Willing to be placed in South Sulawesi and Southeast Sulawesi
• Experience in heavy equipment, mining, construction, or manufacturing industry is an advantage
• Understanding of heavy equipment spare parts management is an advantage
• Forklift certification or warehouse-related certification is an advantage
