Warehouse Supervisor

• Supervise and manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and outgoing.
• Monitor inventory accuracy, slow-moving, deadstock, and expired goods.
• Ensure proper implementation of FIFO and FEFO and warehouse procedures.
• Monitor and optimize warehouse space utilization and storage locations.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Import, Sales, and other departments regarding incoming and outgoing goods.
• Lead, supervise, and evaluate warehouse staff or operators.
• Conduct and monitor stock opname and investigate inventory discrepancies.
• Prepare regular warehouse and inventory reports.
• Identify operational issues and implement continuous improvement to improve warehouse efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company SOP, safety, and warehouse standards.

Requirement :

• Minimum D3/S1, preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Management, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably with supervisory experience.
• Good understanding of warehouse and inventory management.
• Familiar with FIFO/FEFO, stock opname, inventory control, and warehouse space management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with ERP/WMS systems.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and lead a team.
• Detail-oriented, disciplined, and responsible.
