Mansioni principali:
Plonge e pulizia della cucina
Supporto nelle preparazioni di base
Mise en place
Aiuto allo chef durante il servizio
Riordino e mantenimento dell’igiene della postazione di lavoro
Profilo ricercato: Esperienza in ristorazione preferibile Rapidità, organizzazione e pulizia Puntualità e affidabilità Disponibilità a lavorare su turni, anche la sera e nel weekend Spirito di squadra
Contratto: 50–80% OiMa’ Restaurant – Le Mont-sur-Lausanne
