Panificio artigianale che produce pane da agricoltura biologica, ricerca un Aiuto Panettiere con esperienza da inserire nel proprio organico con contratto a tempo indeterminato.
Requisiti Richiesti:
- Esperienza consolidata nella formatura manuale di pane di grandi pezzature (es. pagnotte da 1 kg, 2 kg, e pane ad alta idratazione).
- Ottima padronanza delle tecniche di spezzatura, pirlatura, formatura a mano, e gestione della lievitazione
- Conoscenza delle materie prime ,dei tempi di riposo e cottura
- Disponibilità totale al lavoro notturno e nei giorni festivi/domenicali.
- Massima puntualità, precisione, igiene e capacità di lavorare in squadra.
Retribuzione: €920,87 - €1.950,10 al mese
