La risorsa deve possedere una solida maturità professionale, eccellente manualità e piena autonomia nella gestione delle fasi finali della produzione, con particolare focus sulla cottura dei prodotti da forno, sulla farcitura e sulla finitura estetica sia della linea dolce che della linea salata.
- Conduzione e monitoraggio delle cotture
- Farcitura e finitura della linea dolce
- Allestimento e farcitura della linea salata
- Preparazione delle linee di farcitura
Retribuzione: €1.400,00 - €1.864,59 al mese
