Bar Manager (Lombok based)

Adecco is partnering with a fast-growing property company in Lombok to hire a Bar Manager, based in Lombok.

The Bar Manager will lead day-to-day bar operations, ensuring excellent guest experiences, strong team performance, consistent product quality, and sustainable profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily bar operations, service standards, cleanliness, and efficiency.
• Lead, train, and motivate the bar team to deliver excellent service.
• Maintain high standards of guest experience and handle feedback professionally.
• Develop and manage cocktail, beverage, and wine menus.
• Manage inventory, purchasing, stock levels, and waste control.
• Monitor beverage and labor costs, sales performance, and profitability.
• Maintain consistent beverage quality, presentation, recipes, and portion control.
• Manage staff scheduling based on business needs and events.
• Ensure bar equipment, tools, and service areas are well maintained.
• Lead by example with strong hospitality, communication, and product knowledge.

What we’re looking for:

• 3–5 years of bar/hospitality experience, including managerial or supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, and bar operations.
• Proven team leadership and people management skills.
• Good understanding of inventory, cost control, and profitability.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.
• Hands-on, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to be based in Lombok.
