Role Description The Brand Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Başakşehir. This position involves actively promoting Lugano Caffè products, engaging with customers, and representing the brand image in retail or event settings. The Brand Representative will provide product information, offer samples or demonstrations, and answer customer questions to ensure a positive experience. Daily responsibilities include maintaining product displays, supporting sales activities, gathering feedback from customers, and reporting insights to the marketing or sales team. The role also involves participating in brand campaigns and events to increase brand awareness and loyalty.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service abilities to build positive relationships with customers and partners.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to present product features clearly and convey brand messages confidently.
• Candidates should possess Brand Ambassadorship and Brand Awareness skills to represent Lugano Caffè consistently and support marketing initiatives.
• Candidates should ideally have experience in retail, hospitality, or food and beverage environments, with an interest in coffee culture.
• Candidates should be able to stand for extended periods, work flexible hours including weekends or events, and communicate fluently in Turkish; English proficiency is an advantage.
