Si richiedono:

• documentata esperienza in ristorazione in strutture di pari o superiore categoria e/o ristoranti stellati
• dimestichezza della lingua italiana
• seria conoscenza delle normative igienico-sanitarie HACCP

Oltre alla cultura e passione professionale, completa il profilo la capacità di interazione in termini propositivi e creativi con un team giovane e dinamico per il raggiungimento di ambiziosi obiettivi.

We require:

• Documented experience in "fine dining" catering in facilities of the same or higher category and/or starred restaurants
• Italian Language
• serious knowledge of HACCP hygiene and health regulations.

In addition to professional culture and passion, the profile is completed with the ability to interact in proactive and creative terms with a young and dynamic team to achieve ambitious goals.

Retribuzione: €1.018,51 - €1.798,32 al mese
