Le principali responsabilità della figura di Cuoco includono:
- supervisionare la cucina, organizzare il team, gestire gli ordini e controllare le tempistiche;
- controllare la qualità, assicurando che ogni piatto rispetti gli standard richiesti in termini di gusto, presentazione e qualità degli ingredienti;
- gestire le scorte e gli approvvigionamenti, pianificare gli acquisti, monitorare le scadenze e ottimizzare le spese per gli ingredienti;
- garantire la sicurezza alimentare e l’igiene, facendo rispettare le normative HACCP e gli standard di sicurezza.
Contratto a tempo determinato con possibilità di rinnovo.
Retribuzione: €40,00 al giorno
