La figura si occuperà di attività generali di supporto amministrativo, gestione documentale e operazioni quotidiane d’ufficio.
Compiti:
Gestione e archiviazione di documenti e pratiche amministrative
Supporto alle attività di back office e segreteria
Inserimento dati e aggiornamento dei gestionali interni
Gestione documentazione amministrativa e archiviazione cartacea e digitale
Collaborazione con altri reparti per garantire il corretto flusso delle informazioni
Altre attività di supporto generale alla struttura
