Role & Responsibilities

Ø Handle end-to-end operations of PPI services including wallets, prepaid cards, and related transactions

Ø Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines and regulatory requirements related to PPI

Ø Monitor daily transaction activities and resolve discrepancies or failures

Ø Coordinate with partner banks, NPCI, and vendors for smooth functioning of services

Ø Assist in onboarding new partners and merchants for PPI services

Ø Manage reconciliation of transactions and settlement processes

Ø Address customer queries, complaints, and escalations related to PPI services

Ø Prepare MIS reports and analyze data for performance tracking

Ø Support audits and ensure proper documentation for compliance

Ø Identify process improvements to enhance operational efficiency

Requirements

· Bachelor's degree in any stream

· 1+ years of experience in operations, preferably in a Fintech company.

· Strong understanding of PPI, wallets, prepaid cards, AEPS, UPI, DMT

· Knowledge of RBI regulations related to PPI and digital payments

· Good analytical and problem-solving skills
