- Esperienza mid-level come Cloud Engineer / System Engineer
- Buona conoscenza di Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL)
- Esperienza operativa su Red Hat OpenShift
- Esperienza con SUSE Rancher per la gestione di ambienti Kubernetes
- Buona conoscenza di Kubernetes e dei principali concetti di containerizzazione
- Familiarità con Docker / Podman
- Conoscenza dei principali strumenti di monitoring, logging e troubleshooting
- Buona conoscenza dei concetti di networking e dei principali servizi infrastrutturali
- Familiarità con metodologie DevOps e processi di CI/CD
- Gradita esperienza con strumenti di Infrastructure as Code e automazione, in particolare Ansible
- Capacità di analizzare e risolvere problematiche in autonomia
