What they need
Hotel 4*S in centro storico a Venezia ricerca una persona da inserire come trainee al Ricevimento per 6 mesi.
Il/La candidato/a ideale è diplomato/laureato/laureando, preferibilmente nel settore turistico-alberghiero. Possiede un’ottima padronanza della lingua italiana e inglese e preferibilmente di una 3° lingua straniera.
Riportando al Front Office Manager, dovrà occuparsi di:
· Accoglienza ospiti
· Check in/check out
· Conciergerie
· Operazioni di front e back office legate al soggiorno del cliente in hotel
Costituiscono requisiti fondamentali: orientamento al cliente, capacità di lavorare in team, problem solving, flessibilità, disponibilità a lavorare su turni.
Si richiede domicilio in zona Venezia. Non si offre alloggio
Retribuzione: €500,00 al mese
