Stiamo cercando un/a receptionist hotel con esperienza per coprire anche il turno notturno.
Requisiti obbligatori:
- Esperienza pregressa nel settore alberghiero
- Ottima dimestichezza con computer e sistemi informatici
- Conoscenza del gestionale Mews e piattaforma Booking
- Conoscenza fluente di italiano e inglese
- Disponibilità a lavorare turni notturni, weekend e festivi
- Modo cortese ed entusiasta nella comunicazione con gli ospiti
- Buone capacità relazionali
- Serietà, precisione e capacità di gestione piccole emergenze
Mansioni:
- Check‑in e check‑out ospiti
- Registrazione alloggiati Web
- Gestione prenotazioni portali e mail
- Risposta telefonate
- Assistenza e gestione richieste ospiti
Offriamo:
- Contratto iniziale a tempo determinato (periodo di prova) con possibilità di trasformazione a tempo indeterminato
