**Required Skills** - SAP Basis Administration - SAP S/4HANA Upgrade Migration - SAP HANA Database Administration - SUM/DMO Upgrade Methodology - SAP Fiori Gateway Administration - SAP Solution Manager - Linux/Unix and Windows Administration - SAP Security Authorizations - High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) - SAP Cloud Connector, BTP, Azure/AWS Integration - Performance Monitoring and Optimization **Required Experience** - 7+ years of SAP Basis administration experience. - 2+ full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA upgrade/conversion projects. - Hands-on experience with: - SAP ECC to S/4HANA Conversion (Brownfield) - SAP S/4HANA System Upgrades (1709, 1809, 1909, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023) - SUM/DMO and Software Update Manager - HANA Migration and Database Upgrades - SAP Fiori Implementation and Administration - Cutover Planning and Go-Live Support - Technical Validation and Hypercare Support
