• Create content for Kompascom's social media.
• Pitch stories daily that resonate with Kompascom's audience on social media.
• Write compelling scripts and concise story, including in-depth research.
• Research new social media trends and hashtags.
• Produce, shoot, edit, and upload short videos to Kompascom's social media channels.
• Exhibits solid communication skills in order to effectively present strategic and tactical plans to clients and internal teams.

Minimum Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree from all majors, preferably those with a background in communication, journalism, or related fields.
• Passion for news-making and social media trends, with a critical and creative mind.
• Familiar in using social media platforms as active creator, such as Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, and Tiktok.
• Excellent storytelling skills, with the ability to create compelling and shareable content.
• Basic video production and editing skills (Canva, Capcut).
• Living in Surakarta or surroundings.
