What they need
In-process, sub-assembly & final inspection as per drawings, GAD, P&ID & SOP. Ensure ISO 9001:2015, QMS & Control Plan compliance.
Handle quality issues using 7 QC Tools, 5 Why, 8D,CAPA.
Inspect fabrication, machining, painting, powder coating & DFT.
Required Candidate profile
Conduct supplier inspection,evaluation & audits.
Maintain inspection reports,quality records & test certificates.
Coordinate with Production,Design & Purchase for quality improvement
