What they need
Per la nostra sede di Bergamo siamo alla ricerca di una figura da inserire come RECEPTIONIST e BACKOFFICE COMMERCIALE per un tirocinio formativo di 6 mesi
La figura si occuperà principalmente di:
- Gestire le attività per garantire l’accoglienza degli ospiti in azienda, il calendario di prenotazione delle sale riunioni, auto aziendali
- Gestire lo smistamento delle chiamate del centralino
- Servizi generali
- Attività di backoffice commerciale
Requisiti richiesti:
- Diploma/laurea
- Buona conoscenza dell’inglese
- Ottima conoscenza pacchetto Office
- Ottime capacità interpersonali e comunicative, flessibilità, multitasking, orientamento al risultato
E’ previsto un rimborso mensile
