Supervisor

Ronzio concept is coming to Bearsden soon and we are looking for experienced Restaurant and Bar Supervisors to join our brand new team (Opening date to be confirmed)

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new Ronzio location from the beginning helping us build a strong team and deliver the high standards of service. Our new Bearsden location will offer brunch, coffee and daytime favorites alongside evening and dining and cocktails, so we are looking for someone who can confidently help lead the team across both busy daytime and evening services.

Ronzio Bearsden - Supervisor Full Time Positions Candidates must be available 5 Days over 7 including weekends and evenings (Cocktail and Barista Experience preferred)

This is a hands on role and is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast paced environment, leads by example, and takes pride on delivering an exceptional customer experience loves great drinks and food. Candidates must be flexible and able to work 5 days over 7 availability at the weekends is a must

This role will Include:

• Leading the Team and running shifts
• Opening and closing the venue
• Supervising both daytime and evening services
• Supporting the service of food, coffee cocktails and alcoholic drinks
• Ensuring excellent customer service throughout every shift
• Supporting motivating and training team members
• Cash handling and end of day procedures
• Supporting stock control and ordering
• Organising the team and breaks during service
• Maintaining high standards of presentation cleanliness and food hygiene
• Dealing confidently and professionally with customer queries
• Working closely with Management to maintain Ronzio standards

What We're Looking For:

• Previous Experience in a management role within hospitality
• Experience within a busy cafe bar or restaurant environment
• Confident leading a team and running a shift
• Bar/Cocktail experience would be an advantage
• Strong customer service skills
• Reliable organised and able to use initiative
• Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a team
• Strong organisational skills especially with rotas and staff planning
• Positive Attitude, Strong Work Ethic and Great Communication Skills
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally
• Ensure compliance with food safety, health & safety and company policies
• Upselling and maintaining an inviting environment and atmosphere
• Work with head office to implement promotions, menus and operational standards
• Someone who takes pride in cleanliness and presentation
• Reliable, friendly and passionate about hospitality
