Requisiti
- Diploma perito informatico
- Esperienza nel supporto tecnico agli utenti (helpdesk di primo e secondo livello)
- Ottima conoscenza di Windows e del pacchetto office
- Esperienza con O365 e file server
- Conoscenza hardware e gestione PDL
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
- Attitudine al problem solving e al lavoro in team
La conoscenza dei sistemi MacOS e Linux sarà considerata un plus.
Modalità di lavoro: in presenza
Disponibilità: Full time, da lunedì a venerdì
è previsto un inserimento iniziale con un contratto a termine con prospettiva a passaggio indeterminato.
La ricerca è rivolta a candidati appartenenti ad entrambi i sessi (L 903/77). Si richiede inoltre di includere l'autorizzazione al trattamento dei dati personali (art.13 del D Lgs 196/03 e art.13 GDPR 679/16).
Retribuzione: €16.000,00 - €23.000,00 all'anno
Sede di lavoro: Ibrido/da remoto (Bologna, Emilia-Romagna)
