Description 【背景】

ティアフォーでは自動運転の民主化というミッションの達成に向けて、自動運転のソフトウェア（Autoware）をオープンソース化するとともに、Autowareを活用して自ら自動運転ソリューションの開発や運用のビジネス化を目指すお客様に対して、ソフトウェアプラットフォームとしてWeb.Auto（クラウドネイティブなDevOpsの開発環境）とPilot.Auto（TIER IVにて検証済み自動運転ソフトウェアおよびリファレンスデザイン）を提供しています。

TIER IVのコアビジネスの1つであるVehicle Developmentにおいて、自動運転車両の開発を推進するために、プロジェクトマネジメントメンバーとして、推進・支援して頂くメンバーを募集します。

【仕事内容】

• 会議運営・ファシリテーション支援および技術課題のトラッキング（議事録作成含む）
• プロジェクトにおける日程・品質・コストの可視化とレポート作成
• 社内外ステークホルダー（開発チーム、外部パートナー等）との折衝・調整
• プロジェクト管理プロセスの運用サポート
• 車両管理など、開発推進に必要なバックオフィス業務

Requirements

• 自動車・製造・IT業界等における、開発プロジェクト周辺での実務経験（開発アシスタント、QA、エンジニアなど職種不問）
• 社内外と良好な関係を築き、円滑に業務を進めるコミュニケーション能力
• 中級以上のPCスキル（Excelでのデータ集計・分析、PowerPointでの資料作成等）
• 不確実な状況下でも、自ら情報を整理し周囲を巻き込んで推進できる主体性
• 社内外のステークホルダーと高度な調整・折衝が行える日本語コミュニケーション能力（Exceptional Japanese communication skills to navigate complex coordination and negotiations with internal and external stakeholders.）

Preferred Experiences

• 自動車や類似業界での設計開発、またはプロジェクト管理の実務経験
• Jira、Confluenceなどプロジェクト管理ツールの使用経験
• 自動運転、ADAS、車両開発プロセスへの基礎知識・関心
• 英語への抵抗感がなく、ビジネス英語を習得する意欲（将来のグローバル対応を見据えて）

Working Conditions

Salary想定月収 / Estimated Monthly Salary：416,667円 ~ 583,334円

月額基本給 / Base Monthly Salary ：307,667円 ~ 431,334円 （固定残業手当を除く額/excluding fixed overtime pay）

固定残業手当 / Fixed Overtime Pay：時間外労働の有無に関わらず45時間分の時間外手当として109,000円 ~ 152,000円を支給（45時間を超える時間外労働分、休日労働及び深夜労働分についての割増賃金は追加で支給 / A fixed overtime allowance of ¥¥109,000to ¥152,000 will be paid, regardless of whether overtime is performed. Any overtime exceeding 45 hours, as well as holiday work and late-night work, will be paid separately as additional premium wages.
