【ミッション】
日本国内のコーポレートオフィスにおけるワークプレイス運営を統括し、サービス品質の一貫性、継続的改善、オペレーショナルエクセレンス、安全・コンプライアンス、および社内外ステークホルダーとの強い関係構築を実現する。

【主な業務内容】
・全国のワークプレイス／ファシリティチームのマネジメント、育成・指導、サクセッション／モビリティの推進
・シニアステークホルダーとの信頼関係構築、期待値調整、課題・リクエストへの建設的な対応
・オフィスサービス／働く体験（Human Experience）・ハイブリッドワーク関連イニシアチブの推進
・拠点・エリアの契約およびベンダーパフォーマンス管理、調達整合、コスト削減・サービス品質向上
・KPI達成、インシデント対応、監査・是正、EHS（安全衛生）コンプライアンスの確保
・予算・財務目標のマネジメント、月次／四半期／年次レポーティング
・CRE／社内関連部門との協働、ナショナルリーダーとしてのその他関連業務

【勤務時間】
標準勤務 9:00～17:10（休憩60分）。フレックスタイム制（コアタイムあり）。ハイブリッド勤務（出社＋リモートの組み合わせ。フルリモートは不可）。オンサイトでのステークホルダー／現場対応も重要な役割の一部です。

・ファシリティ／ワークプレイス運営経験 5年以上（アカウント単位のデリバリー経験を含むことが望ましい）
・通算実務経験 おおよそ5〜8年以上（ディレクター級の裁量に見合う方）
・複数プロジェクトを自立して推進できること
・優れた日本語および英語のコミュニケーション能力（バイリンガル必須）
・シニア層を動かす影響力、ステークホルダーマネジメント、チームリーダーシップ
・MS Office活用、機械設備（M&E）サービスの概要理解（技術資格は必須ではない）

It is not “facilities as usual.” You influence senior stakeholders, lead vendors, and shape how people experience the workplace — influence and hospitality mindset matter as much as operational craft.

• Package: up to JPY 13,000,000 (based on skills and experience)
• Working style: hybrid (office + remote; not fully remote)
• Language: business-level Japanese and English
• Location: Tokyo (central), with national site coordination

【Mission】
Lead workplace operations across the company’s corporate offices in Japan — consistent service quality, continuous improvement, operational excellence, safety and compliance, and strong stakeholder engagement.

【Key responsibilities】

• Lead workplace / facilities teams nationally; coach and develop talent; support succession and mobility
• Build credibility with senior stakeholders; set expectations; handle issues constructively
• Drive office services, workplace experience (Human Experience), and hybrid-work initiatives
• Manage site / area contracts and vendor performance; align procurement; improve cost and service quality
• Hit KPIs; handle incidents; complete audits and close findings; ensure EHS compliance
• Own budgets and financial targets; deliver monthly / quarterly / annual reporting
• Partner with CRE / internal teams; other duties consistent with national workplace leadership

【Hours】
Standard hours 9:00–17:10 (60-minute break). Flextime with core hours. Hybrid (office + remote; not fully remote). On-site stakeholder and operational presence remains an important part of the role.

【Required】

• 5+ years facilities / workplace delivery (account-level delivery preferred)
• Roughly 5–8+ years professional experience (ready for director-level ownership)
• Ability to drive multiple projects independently
• Excellent Japanese and English communication (bilingual required)
• Influencing skills with senior stakeholders; people leadership
• MS Office; working understanding of M&E services (technical qualification not mandatory)
