業務内容

外国人駐在員向けの不動産サービス全般

■物件紹介・提案

• お客様ニーズのヒアリング
• 物件検索
• 管理会社・仲介会社への問い合わせ
• 物件案内（対面・オンライン）
• 内覧物件リスト作成
• 物件写真撮影

■契約・入居サポート

• 重要事項説明（対面・オンライン）
• 物件申込サポート
• 条件交渉
• 契約書類作成・発送
• 保証会社手続き
• 初期費用入金確認
• 台帳管理

■入居後サポート

• 修繕・メンテナンス手配
• オーナー訪問・打ち合わせ
• 管理会社との調整

■その他

• 物件情報のシステム登録
• エリア情報・ハザードマップ作成
• 社内各部署との連携

• 宅地建物取引士資格
• 普通自動車運転免許
• 英語での日常会話ができる方
• 不動産業界経験
• 賃貸仲介経験
• 法人営業経験
• 外国人顧客対応経験
• ビジネスレベルの英語力

雇用形態

契約社員（1年契約）

給与

月給245,000円～390,000円

Real Estate Consultant for Expatriate Housing SupportPosition Overview

As part of our continued business growth, we are seeking a new team member to strengthen our housing support services for expatriates in the Kobe area.

We provide comprehensive, one-stop housing solutions for expatriates relocating to Japan from around the world, supporting them from the property search process through post-move-in assistance.

This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping international assignees establish their new lives in Japan. In addition to real estate services, you will work closely with our in-house lifestyle support team to deliver a seamless relocation experience for our clients.

Key ResponsibilitiesReal Estate Services for Expatriate ClientsProperty Search and Leasing Support

• Conduct client needs assessments and consultations
• Search for suitable rental properties
• Communicate with property management and brokerage companies
• Conduct property viewings (in person and online)
• Prepare property shortlist and viewing materials
• Take and manage property photographs

Contract and Move-In Support

• Provide explanations of important contractual matters (in person and online)
• Assist clients with rental applications
• Negotiate lease terms and conditions
• Prepare and dispatch lease-related documentation
• Coordinate guarantor company procedures
• Confirm payment of initial move-in costs
• Maintain and update client and transaction records

Post Move-In Support

• Coordinate repairs and maintenance requests
• Visit property owners and attend related meetings
• Liaise and coordinate with property management companies

Other Responsibilities

• Register and maintain property information within internal systems
• Create area guides and hazard maps for clients
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure high-quality service delivery

QualificationsRequired

• Licensed Real Estate Transaction Specialist (Takken)
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to communicate in English on a daily basis
• Experience in the real estate industry

Preferred

• Experience in residential leasing and brokerage
• Corporate sales experience
• Experience serving international clients
• Business-level English proficiency

Employment Type

Fixed-Term Contract Employee (One-Year Contract)

This position is intended to lead to permanent employment after one year, subject to performance and business needs. Depending on the candidate's experience, skills, and overall qualifications, consideration may also be given to direct permanent employment with a probationary period during the recruitment process.

Salary

Monthly Salary: JPY 245,000 - JPY 390,000

Compensation will be determined based on experience and qualifications.
