Your role

Key responsibilities in your new role

• 担当顧客に対する中長期的な販売戦略の立案および実行
• 戦略に基づいた製品提案・プロモーション活動の推進
• ビジネス状況の定期的なモニタリングおよび管理 （新規プロジェクト獲得、売上進捗の管理など）
• 担当顧客のマネジメント宋との信頼関係を構築、維持
• 技術課題、品質問題、供給課題などの各種課題への対応および解決
• 社内のジュニアメンバーの指導、育成を担い、チーム力を向上

Your profile

Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed Must to have...

• 5 年以上の半導体営業経験
• 5 年以上の車載ビジネス経験（職種は営業、マーケティング、FAE でも可）
• チームマネジメント、チームリード経験
• ネイティブレベルの日本語力
• ビジネスレベルの英語力（オンライン会議での議論・折衝が可能なレベル）

Nice to have...

• BtoB 領域における営業経験
• 海外での留学経験や就業経験
• 東海エリアでの営業経験

Your background and skills...

• 高専・大卒以上
• 車載アプリケーションおよび半導体製品に対する高い関心・探究心をお持ちの方
• 論理的思考力を有し、チームワークを重視しながら業務を推進できる方
• 基本的な PC スキル（Excel、PowerPoint、Outlook 等）を有し、業務で活 用できる方
