初任給（月額） 高校卒：257,390円～/高専・短大・専門卒：266,090円～/大学・大学院卒：274,290円～（※処遇改善手当39,100円含む）
※経験等、法人規程により優遇します
賞与
年2回（年計・基本給の4か月分）※但し、初年度は2か月分
待遇・その他
社会保険完備 退職金あり 年間休日数：104日（週休2日）＋特別休暇6日＋年次有給休暇（初年度10日） 処遇改善手当固定支給（毎年4月見直し、欠勤時は減額） 通勤手当/住宅手当/扶養手当は規定による 夜勤手当（6,000円/1回） 早遅手当（500円/1回）
