業務内容

• エネルギー関連プロジェクトおよび投資案件のソーシング・評価
• 財務モデリングを用いた事業性評価および投資採算性分析（IRR分析等）
• 商業面・財務面・技術面におけるデューデリジェンスの実施
• 投資委員会向けの投資提案資料およびプレゼンテーションの作成
• 投資実行およびプロジェクト開発に関する業務支援
• 投資先および開発案件のモニタリング、価値向上施策の推進
• 社内外ステークホルダーとの連携およびプロジェクトマネジメント

You will evaluate, develop, and execute energy investment opportunities while building commercial acumen and investment judgment through direct exposure to real investment decisions.

About the Opportunity

As an Investment Analyst or Associate, you will play a key role in assessing and executing energy investments, supporting project development activities, and contributing to the company's long-term growth strategy.

You will work closely with investment, development, and leadership teams on transactions ranging from early-stage opportunity assessment through due diligence, investment committee approval, execution, and portfolio management.

This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about the energy transition and are seeking broader exposure to investment decision-making within a principal investment platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate investment opportunities across the energy and infrastructure sectors
• Build and maintain financial models to assess project economics, valuation, and returns, including IRR analysis
• Conduct commercial, financial, technical, and operational due diligence
• Prepare investment memoranda, business cases, and presentations for Investment Committee review
• Support transaction execution, negotiations, and project development activities
• Monitor existing investments and contribute to value creation initiatives
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders throughout the investment lifecycle
• Support strategic initiatives and business growth opportunities

Candidate Profile

• Investment Banking

• Strong financial modelling and valuation skills
