・当センター附属病院での薬剤師業務全般を行っていただきます。 （就業場所変更の範囲：介護老人保健施設）
募集職種
薬剤師（常勤） ２名
勤務時間
8:30～17:30（週40時間）
給与
基本給 248,600円～322,100円 （R8年度）
※経験を考慮いたします
調整手当 50,000円
諸手当
通勤手当（上限25,000円/月）
時間外手当、扶養手当
賃金改善手当 約12,000円（※診療報酬によって変動）
賞与
年間4.2ヵ月分（R7年度実績）
退職金
勤続３年、５年、１０年、２０年以上の支給率に応じて支給
休日休暇
土・日曜日、祝日、年末年始(12/29~1/3）
