ポジション概要

Manager, Asset Managementとして、複数の発電所の資産管理および運営管理をリードしていただきます。

単なる設備管理ではなく、技術・財務・商業面における課題を総合的にマネジメントしながら、資産価値の最大化を推進するポジションです。経営層や事業関係者との距離も近く、運営戦略や重要な意思決定にも関与いただきます。

また、チームマネジメントを通じて組織を牽引し、発電資産のパフォーマンス向上と事業目標の達成を実現していただきます。

主な業務内容

• 複数の発電所における施設・資産管理業務を統括
• 発電所の運営状況、設備稼働率、保守計画およびパフォーマンスの管理
• 技術的・財務的・商業的な課題の解決およびリスク管理
• 外部オペレーター、ベンダー、パートナーとの関係構築およびマネジメント
• 予算策定、事業計画、収益性分析など財務面でのサポート
• 経営層に対するレポーティングおよび戦略的提言
• チームの育成、マネジメントおよび組織力強化
• 資産価値向上に向けた改善施策の立案・実行

応募要件

• 発電所、エネルギー、電力、またはインフラ業界における経験
• 複数の発電資産または大規模施設の管理経験
• ピープルマネジメント経験を有する方
• 高いリーダーシップ、問題解決能力、およびコミュニケーション能力
• 技術・財務・商業面を横断して意思決定できるビジネス感覚
• 多様なステークホルダーとの調整・交渉経験
• 日本語・英語によるビジネスレベルのコミュニケーション能力

As the business continues to expand, the Asset Management function plays a critical role in ensuring the performance and profitability of its power plant portfolio.

Role Overview

This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for an experienced asset management professional who enjoys operating at the intersection of technical operations, commercial strategy, and business performance.

As Manager, Asset Management, you will take ownership of multiple power generation assets, leading both operational and strategic initiatives to maximize plant performance and asset value. Beyond technical oversight, you will be responsible for navigating financial, commercial, and stakeholder-related challenges while leading a team and influencing key business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the operational and asset management activities across multiple power plants
• Drive asset performance, reliability, operational efficiency, and long-term value creation
• Resolve technical, financial, and commercial issues impacting asset performance
• Manage relationships with operators, contractors, service providers, and key stakeholders
• Support budgeting, business planning, financial analysis, and investment decisions
• Provide strategic recommendations and performance reporting to senior leadership
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team
• Identify improvement opportunities and implement initiatives to optimize asset outcomes

Key Requirements

Required Experience

• Experience within the power generation, energy, utilities, or infrastructure sector
• Strong understanding of power plant operations and asset management
• Experience managing multiple facilities, assets, or operational sites
• Proven people management and leadership experience

• Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to balance technical, financial, and commercial considerations
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence senior stakeholders
