仕事の内容
訪問介護業務および事業所運営に必要な以下の事項を状況に応じて 行います。 利用申込調整やご利用者の状態・サービスに対する意向の把握
- サービス担当者会議への出席など、ケアマネージャ－との連携
- 訪問介護計画作成と説明・交付
- 訪問介護員への情報伝達や指示
- 訪問介護員の業務管理や教育指導
- その他サービス内容の管理
※外出時には社用車（ＡＴ車：軽）を使用します。
就業時間
9時00分〜18時00分 ※変形労働時間制
休日
