業務内容
顧客のプライベートクラウドおよび共通基盤における
運用保守業務を担当いただきます。
主担当はセキュリティチームとなりますが、
DB領域やOffice基盤領域を含め、各チームの業務を
横断的に支援いただくポジションです。
・セキュリティ製品の運用保守
（主な対象製品：CyberArk、Proofpoint）
・インシデント対応、障害調査
・原因分析および改善活動
・変更管理、運用改善
・手順書、運用ドキュメント整備
・関係者調整、問い合わせ対応
必須スキル
・Windows Serverの基本操作経験
・インフラ運用保守業務経験
・障害対応における調査、原因分析、対策立案経験
・手順書の作成、更新経験
尚可スキル
・CyberArkの運用経験（特に歓迎）
・Proofpointの運用経験（特に歓迎）
・夜間エスカレーション対応経験
