基本給：169,050円～233,650円/月額
各種手当
家族手当：配偶者12,000円
扶養手当：8,000円 2人目以降一人4,000円
住宅手当：世帯主の場合、借家10,000円 持ち家5,000円
ベースアップ加算7,900円
通勤手当：公共交通機関 実費支給上限なし／車通勤 上限17,500円
賞与
年2回2.7ヶ月（7月・12月 2025年度実績）
昇給
年1回（4月）
勤務時間
平日 8：30～17：00（休憩1時間）
土曜半日 8：30～12：30（休憩なし）
休日
4週８休制度
有給休暇（初年度10日、2年目11日、最高20日）
リフレッシュ休暇4日・年末年始5日
