インフルエンサー＆キャンペーンに携わる実践的なマーケティングインターンシップ

本ポジションは、インフルエンサーマーケティング、SNSコンテンツの配信、そしてプロモーションキャンペーンを通じて、日本におけるKlookのブランド認知拡大を推進する役割を担います。スピード感溢れる環境の中でマーケティング施策を実行し、国内外の旅行好きの心を動かし、エンゲージメントを高めることがあなたのミッションです。

主な業務内容

• ターゲットとなるインフルエンサーの選定から、アプローチ、アサイン、投稿の進行管理、およびパフォーマンス分析
• キャンペーンの進行サポート。必要に応じてキャンペーンページの作成、実行、および効果検証（データ分析）
• SNS向けコンテンツの企画・作成・投稿、およびパフォーマンス測定
• メールマガジン、アプリのプッシュ通知、および公式LINEアカウントの運用・配信サポート

求めるスキル・人物像（必須要件）

• 海外旅行やソーシャルメディアに対する強い関心
• 多様な関係者と効果的に連携できるコミュニケーションスキル
• 英語の資料やメールを読んで理解できる方
• スタートアップのマインドセットをお持ちの方（自ら率先して手を動かし、チームと協調して働ける姿勢）

勤務条件

• 勤務日数： 週3日以上
• 勤務時間： 1日5時間以上、かつ週20時間以上
• 勤務地： リンクスクエア新宿へ通勤可能な方

Intern, Japan Marketing

Join a Global Travel Tech Startup: Hands-On Marketing Internship in Influencer & Campaign Management.

This position focuses on driving Klook's brand presence in Japan through impactful influencer marketing, dynamic social media content, and strategic promotional campaigns. Your mission is to inspire and engage both local and global travel enthusiasts by executing creative marketing initiatives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

What you will do:

• Identify influencers to target, approach and onboard them, manage their posts, process payments and analyze the performance
• Plan campaigns to meet the objectives, set the targets, create the campaign pages if needed, execute the campaign and analyze the performance
• Create and post social media content and measure their performance
• Support the operation and execution of email newsletters, app push notifications, and the LINE official account

What you will need:

• Excellent command of Japanese, both verbal and written communications
• Strong interest in international travel and social media
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders
• Ability to read and understand English documents and emails
• A start-up attitude - highly collaborative with an entrepreneurial, roll-up your sleeves mindset

Required administrative info:

• Work days will be minimum 3 days a week.
• Work hours will be a minimum of 5 hours a day, minimum 20 hours a week.
• Ability to commute to Link Square Shinjuku (company will not provide relocation fee)
