主な業務
- 契約審査、規約作成、リスクアセスメント、リスクコントロール、法的なアドバイス（新たな法的スキームの提案を含む）
- コミック、小説、ノンフィクション、ファッション、絵本、児童書等を元にした新たなビジネス展開の相談対応（具体的には、映像化、動画、ゲーム、音楽、自社IP事業、VR、NFT、web３等）
応募条件
- 法務部門での実務経験が３年以上ある方
- 法学部卒業かつ法務部門での実務経験が1年以上ある、または法科大学院を修了している方
歓迎条件
- エンターテインメントビジネス、コンテンツビジネス、出版業界に知見、関心が深い方
- 著作権に関連する資格がある方
- エンターテインメントが好きな方
- 司法試験に合格している方
- 当事者意識と責任感をもって業務を行える方
- 相手の立場に立ったホスピタリティを持って仕事に取り組める方
