ポジション概要

東京を拠点とするElectrical & Grid Engineering Managerとして、ユーティリティスケールの電力プロジェクトにおける電気設備および系統連系（Grid Connection）業務をリードしていただきます。

本ポジションでは、プロジェクト開発から設計・建設・試運転までの各フェーズにおいて、電力会社やEPCコントラクター、技術コンサルタントなどの関係者と連携しながら、系統連系戦略の策定および電気エンジニアリング全般を統括いただきます。

主な業務内容

• ユーティリティスケールの発電プロジェクトにおける電気・系統連系業務のリード
• 電力会社との技術協議および系統接続に関する調整
• 電気設備の設計レビューおよび技術的な意思決定のサポート
• EPCコントラクター、技術コンサルタント、社内チームとの調整・管理
• プロジェクトの技術リスクの特定および課題解決の推進
• 建設・試運転フェーズにおける技術サポートおよび品質管理

応募要件

• 電力、再生可能エネルギー、またはユーティリティ関連プロジェクトにおける電気エンジニアリング経験
• 系統連系（Grid Connection）に関する知識および実務経験
• 発電設備、変電設備、高圧送電設備等に関する技術知識
• EPCやオーナーサイドでのプロジェクト経験
• 優れたコミュニケーション能力およびステークホルダーマネジメント能力
• 日本国内の電力市場や規制環境への理解があれば尚可

The company is involved in the development and delivery of large-scale power and utility infrastructure projects. It plays a key role in supporting the energy transition through the execution of utility-scale energy developments.

Role Overview

Based in Tokyo, the Electrical & Grid Engineering Manager will lead all electrical engineering and grid connection activities for utility-scale power projects.

This position will work closely with utilities, EPC contractors, technical consultants, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project development, grid integration, and technical delivery from early-stage development through construction and commissioning.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead electrical engineering and grid connection activities for utility-scale power projects.
• Manage technical discussions and coordination with utility companies and grid operators.
• Review electrical system designs and provide technical leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with EPC contractors, consultants, and internal project teams.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks while resolving complex engineering challenges.
• Support construction, commissioning, and project handover activities.

Key Requirements

Required Experience

• Experience in electrical engineering within power, renewable energy, or utility-scale infrastructure projects.
• Hands-on experience with grid connection, interconnection studies, or transmission systems.
• Experience working on large-scale power generation or utility projects.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong understanding of electrical systems, substations, transmission networks, and grid integration.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across technical and commercial functions.
• Strong problem-solving and project coordination capabilities.

Language Requirements

• Japanese: Professional working proficiency preferred.
• English: Professional working proficiency preferred.
